Was in town for the rally. Got some bad gas and my bike was running poorly. Stopped in to their shop an hour before they closed and they went above and beyond to get me going and back enjoying the rally. I never asked their names but I know if I ever have issues they will take care of me.
Called for a 16 thousand mile service on my Yamaha Road Star. Guy was rude and couldn't give me a ball park of what it would cost without calling me back! Poor customer service and no knowledge for being a dealer. I expect more from a Yamaha Dealer. Taking all my business to their competition down the road they were very friendly and knowledgeable.
