And having the waitress assure us it was spot on, we left (foolishly not checking if it was correct.) It had turned out that this time they made it with tomato sauce, not quite as revolting as the barbeque sauce, but pretty close. Not to mention I found a long black hair on my pizza after bringing it home, I appreciate they're so concerned about my protein and keritan, but I can handle that myself. Overall, the waitress was incredibly nice and at least acted like she wanted to help us, but the food was far below average. Next time I think I'll stick to McDonald's, at least there they'll offer me a free meal for messing up my order.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut!!! The place had dirty dishes everywhere, salad bar was disgusting, no clean plates, had to go up to the counter for more soda, no other food ever did come out for the buffet, asked if more pizza was coming out, waitress said yes, BUT NEVER saw any!! Another family came in and asked if more pizza was coming out, again was told yes,, when we left, I saw a manager tag on a young man, I asked if he was the manager, he said, yes, I am the manager in charge, how can I help you?? I told him it was the worst experience, all he said was OH, I am sorry!!! Another young family was there with their kids, she was very appalled also...I will definitely not be returning to the Tomahawk Pizza Hut!!!!
Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Only upside was our waitress was nice. We ordered our pizza and it came out just so we could find out it was made entirely wrong, I ordered a buffalo pizza, it comes with buffalo sauce as the sauce, banana peppers, red onions, and chicken. The first time it came out the pizza sauce was actually barbeque sauce and was incredibly disgusting. We mentioned it to the waitress and she was very nice about it and said that was definitely incorrect and that she would talk to the manager. When she came back she said the manager said we could receive a 20% off discount (totalling $4, not even enough to cover the drinks) or they could remake the pizza the correct way and all we'd have to do is wait another 15 or so minutes. So we decided to wait, after getting our food,
Pizza and knots arrived at same time basically, even though we specified that we wanted the appetizer First!

The service here ranges somewhere between bad and terrible. I hope they are working on turning that around. Oh, yeah. The ceiling over the salad bar caved in this spring, and has been replaced with a tarp! Fix it already!
Looking at the pizza, it was made COMPLETELY WRONG!!! (right down to the wrong sauce!)
Skeleton crew tonight and the Manager had an injured hand but they all worked their hardest and kept all professionalism. Good times maintained and good food!
