Wow! Outstanding place for a vacation
The resort is in a nice little wooded area that is still super close to town if you need supplies. The cabins are rustic, but nice. We had the Swan and it had 3 bedrooms (king, double full, and a full). The living room had two padded bench seats that were comfy enough to sleep on, a couch, and two chairs. There was a patio with picnic table, grill and a little fire pit. The water was beautiful and it was very homey. Staff very friendly. We went fishing from shore and on boat, caught some nice fish.
We stayed there for the Tomahawk fall ride, place was ok very dated, the owner accused our group of theft, he basically stated to me his dislike for people from Illinois the guy is a real tool.
I visited family staying at Duck Point. It seemed very nice, clean, and the lake was beautiful. I caught two very nice small mouth bass and a nice northern. I'd highly recommend Duck Point!
it was terrible there the owner Don i saw him digging into the garbage and then yelled at my friends about a cup that wasn't suppose to be in there and he is a huge creep i use to live in a building that he owned right next to shopko and at 3 in the morning he was in are house then complained to us about are dog barking
