If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have never gone here and been happy. My food is always wrong or cold or both. Someone please get new staff here!! The fact that people park in the drivethru and get out to have a conversation with eachother says everything you need to know about how slow the service is.

The lady who waited on us was picking through the outside ashtray while we were eating. I think she was looking for a cigarette. It was pretty gross.

My stop here was friendly and service was quick and accurate. Came for Dr. Pepper most of all.
Power was out, so I ventured 12 miles into town to get the kids something warm to eat and bring back to them... they let me sit there in the rain with my window down forever while they figured out how to order 2 happy meals (note: theres no awning where you ORDER the food, just where you make money and food exchanges), they gave us apple slices instead of go-gurt, almost forgot our juice boxes - until I asked for them... and they gave us ONE BBQ sauce for TWO chicken nugget happy meals. Called to speak to the manager after getting home and realizing how jacked everything was, and wouldn't you know... NO ANSWER!!! Serious employee training and discipline is in order here. Sadly, this isn't the first bad experience I've had here. But this was the straw that broke the camels back and prompted me to leave this public review. And no, I don't want a free meal, I want a TRAINED, COMPETENT, STAFF. Lets work on this, can we? 1 mistake, I get... but to jack up everything??? Ugh.
